Soup has been my main thing to cook recently, I made a sweet potato and butternut squash one the other day and today I made a mushroom one. I’m definitely thinking of making more as they can easily be frozen in containers.

I may try to cook some in the slow cooker as well, I’ll admit I was a little unsure about what I could cook in it for veggie meals, but soups I think would do well, plus I could make bigger amount and then have more frozen. Although I may just end up with a freezer full of soup and nothing else!
