Over the last year I have tried out a few different foods, most of which have been positive. The one I’m most happy about is mushrooms. For years I couldn’t stand mushrooms but I gave them another go this year and it’s gone well, I’ve had a few different type and tried out a few different recipes. I plan to continue to try out new recipes and widening my knowledge of mushrooms and how to cook them.
I’ve also tried out a couple of veggies and found that if they are just cooked I’m good with them, it’s overcooking that makes them bad for me to eat.
I’m happy with the progress I’ve made this year and I will continue with trying new foods over the next year as well.
